Mollie got her start in real estate after a successful career as a music teacher in the Blue Valley School District. She credits her years of teaching for her ability to guide clients through the real estate process with patience and kindness. Mollie is also a mentor and coach to new agents, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their careers.

Mollie holds three degrees, including a Bachelor of Music Education from Kansas State University and Master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and School Leadership from the University of Kansas and Baker University, respectively. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on Kansas State University and Kansas City sports teams, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Mollie is most proud of her children and her career, and she is always looking for ways to make a positive impact in the lives of her clients.
